Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason contact us for a full hassle-free refund, love it or your money back!

You have 90 days from receiving your purchase to request a quick, and simple refund. It's that easy! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and still in good, resell-able condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom products do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please refer to below, Exceptions / non-returnable items for more information.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@filledwiththeword.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Custom products have been custom made for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is damage to the item when it arrives. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
Our team is working hard to ensure quick and safe deliveries. However due to a recent influx in demand, combined with supply chain shortages, shipping may take longer than usual. Please see your estimated shipping time at checkout.

We currently have partnered with many of the quickest delivery services available including: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail & Australia Post.

Fulfillment
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in Canada. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section. Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
